Product Delivery Manager – Analytics Validation, Visualization

Lead end-to-end processes, manage dependencies, and liaise with stakeholders as part of a team at the forefront of innovation.  As a Product Delivery Manager in Consumer and community Banking , you will lead the validation and delivery of raw, trusted, and refined data models, ensuring they are optimized for advanced analytics, visualization, and generative business intelligence. You will champion the use of modern visualization technologies and generative AI solutions to enable actionable insights and automated intelligence from both internal and external product feature data. You will be managing the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring data models are accurate, reliable, and ready for analytical, visualization, and generative business intelligence applications. . You will oversee the operationalization of data models, ensuring they meet business and technical requirements, and facilitate the creation of interactive dashboards, reports, and generative BI solutions that empower stakeholders with timely, meaningful, and automated insights.   Job responsibilitiesLead the validation and delivery of raw, trusted, and refined data models, focusing on their suitability for analytics, visualization, and generative business intelligence.Oversee the development and deployment of interactive dashboards, visualization solutions, and generative BI tools that leverage product feature data from raw, trusted, and refined sources.Collaborate with analytics, data science, and technology teams to ensure data models support advanced analytical use cases, generative AI, and business intelligence automation.Manage intake, dependency management, and release processes for analytics-ready and generative BI-enabled data models, including raw, trusted, and refined datasets.Ensure data models are tested for accuracy, completeness, and reliability, and are aligned with business objectives and compliance standards.Drive continuous improvement in analytics validation, visualization capabilities, and generative BI outcomes across all data model types.Monitor delivery timelines, manage blockers, and ensure adequate resources for analytics, visualization, and generative BI initiatives.Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making.Liaise with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback for analytics, visualization, and generative BI enhancements, ensuring all data model types are considered.Report on analytics validation outcomes, visualization adoption, and generative BI impact, using insights to inform future improvements.Support the integration of external data sources and product features into validated raw, trusted, and refined models for enhanced analytics and generative business intelligence. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills5+ years of experience in product delivery, analytics, or data management.Demonstrated expertise in validating raw, trusted, and refined data models for analytical, visualization, and generative BI use cases.Strong understanding of data visualization technologies (e.g., Tableau, QuickSight, Power BI, Qlik, or similar) and generative AI/BI tools.Experience with dashboard development, reporting, analytics enablement, and business intelligence automation.Proven ability to manage delivery processes and implement continuous improvement in analytics validation and generative BI.Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements for analytics, visualization, and generative BI across all data model types.Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Experience working in cross-functional teams and matrixed organizations.  Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsAdvanced knowledge of analytics platforms, visualization tools, and generative BI technologies.Experience with AI/ML technologies and generative AI applications for business intelligence.Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and data governance.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience integrating external data sources for enhanced analytics and generative BI.Ability to drive innovation in analytics validation, visualization, and generative business intelligence across raw, trusted, and refined data models.Leadership experience in data-driven product delivery environments.
