If you are a driven and results-oriented professional with excellent interpersonal skills, we encourage you to apply.Key Responsibilities:Our ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and follow-ups; qualifying leads that are allocated or contact you directly; confidently closing paid consultations or service engagements; building strong client relationships and managing expectations; and communicating next steps clearly based on guidance.Immigration Support & Documentation:The successful candidate will also send agreements, checklists, and reminder follow-ups; summarise client conversations into clean, organised notes; compile and organise client files, folders, and evidence; complete templated INZ forms and gather required documents; and liaise with Immigration New Zealand when required.Operational Support (2IC Role):In this role, you will act as a coordination point with contractors; maintain databases, folders, and digital workflows; assist in refining templates, checklists, and processes; manage all other clients and operational matters when focused on complex cases or deadlines; and take ownership of daily operations with minimal supervision.Policy Learning, Research & Professional Development:You will stay updated on New Zealand immigration announcements, policy changes, and relevant updates; actively study assigned policies and take initiative to learn beyond direct teaching; participate fully in training sessions and ask questions; and manage your inbox proactively: respond to clients promptly, follow up regularly, and keep communication organised.
