Job DescriptionThe primary goal of this role is to oversee the development and implementation of a strategic audit framework, ensuring that critical systems and processes are in place with structured reporting mechanisms highlighting technical risks, mitigation plans, and providing insights based on analyses and assessments of technical data, documents, and business processes.This involves supporting the development and implementation of the audit plan, ensuring compliance with internal audit manual. Additionally, managing and coordinating tasks with team members to ensure planned technical audits are completed, planning, conducting, and overseeing internal audits of management and operating systems, procedures, and controls, reviewing and developing feedback through audit reports ensuring conclusions and recommendations are noted, and building relationships between internal/external audit teams and department heads.Policies, Processes, Systems & ProceduresImplement approved policies, processes, and procedures to ensure work is carried out to standard.QualificationsBachelor's degree in engineering preferably in Mechanical or Electrical.Master's in engineering preferred.ISO, PMP, or OHSAS certification also preferred.Strong project management and multi-tasking skills.Communication in English required.
