Our founding partners have several years of investment experience each in public equities and venture capital.Prior to co-founding our firm, the managing partner worked at two renowned, multi-billion-dollar hedge funds in New York as an investment analyst from 2005 until 2012.Job ResponsibilitiesThe candidate will be responsible for financial modelling, financial analysis, and forming an investment thesis on the sector the analyst is expected to work on.The candidate will track down and analyze every industry/company data point available in the public domain.The candidate will make presentations and present convincing ideas to the team.The candidate will also handle administrative responsibilities shared by all members of the team.Required Skills and QualificationsKeen interest in capital markets.Candidate must fully understand businesses and the sectors they operate in.Strong skills in financial modelling, analyzing income statements-balance sheets-cash flows and valuing companies.Should have prior experience building operating and financial models of companies and industries.Candidate must know the basic principles of equity valuation.Exceptional skills in advanced Excel and PowerPoint.Attention to detail is essential.Candidate must have 1-2 years of relevant work experience (sell-side or buy-side experience preferred).
