Senior Generative AI ResearcherAs a senior member of our cutting-edge team, we're seeking an expert in generative AI to join us in developing innovative solutions for the industry. With a strong foundation in transformer architectures and a deep understanding of model training, fine-tuning, and optimization, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of AI.This position requires a research-first mindset with a focus on experimentation, rapid iteration, and pushing the boundaries of what's possible with generative AI. You'll be working across multiple modalities, including text, audio, and video, with opportunities to specialize in one domain while maintaining adaptability to experiment across others.Key Responsibilities:Develop and fine-tune end-to-end models using transformer-based architectures (LLMs, Whisper, diffusion, LoRA, RLHF/SFT, multimodal models).Design automated evaluation frameworks for objective quality scoring (images, video frames, audio clips).Experiment with cross-modality integration, including audio-video synchronization, background score integration, and text-to-video alignment.Stay ahead of rapidly evolving models and tools, testing architectural variations and scaling solutions for production use.Required Skills and Qualifications:4–10 years of experience in applied Data Science/ML with a strong focus on generative AI.Deep expertise in transformer architectures, LLMs, training dynamics, and optimization techniques.Expertise in at least one modality (text, audio, or video), with demonstrable end-to-end project experience.Strong coding and debugging ability in Python, with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).Experience with ML pipelines (FastAPI or similar) for inference and deployment.Benefits:A competitive salary and benefits package.Ongoing professional development and growth opportunities.The chance to work with a talented team of experts in the field, driving innovation and making a real impact.About Us:We're a global technology company dedicated to creating cutting-edge products and solutions for the industry.
