Job Title:Exchange Administration SpecialistAbout the Role:This position requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee the administration of Exchange services, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration within the organization.Key Responsibilities:1. Manage email migration issues and recover/restore mailboxes as needed.2. Implement hybrid/centralized mail flow concepts to enhance organizational efficiency.3. Troubleshoot mail flow end-to-end and resolve any technical issues that may arise.4. Handle compliance and security-related queries and requests from various stakeholders.5. Manage whitelist and blacklist requests at the organizational level.6. Develop and implement transport rules, retention policies, and tags to ensure data protection and compliance.7. Conduct e-discovery and mailbox auditing to identify potential security risks.8. Configure MS DLP and policies to prevent data breaches and unauthorized access.9. Oversee Azure AD groups, dynamic group policies, and conditional access policies to ensure secure authentication and authorization.10. Manage SSO, MFA, ADFS, and password synchronization concepts to ensure seamless user access and identity management.11. Provide hands-on support for troubleshooting and managing concerns related to AAD connect.12. Develop and maintain expertise in Exchange Hybrid setup and domain-related concepts.13. Troubleshoot Outlook-related issues and provide timely resolutions.14. Develop hands-on knowledge of Exchange server concepts and architecture.15. Leverage PowerShell scripting to automate tasks and improve administrative efficiency.Requirements:1. Proven experience in Exchange administration and technical skill set.2. Strong understanding of network/DNS concepts and their application in Exchange administration.3. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.Bonus Requirements:1. Experience with 3rd party email gateway applications.2. Knowledge of Power shell scripting and automation tools.
