ABOUT THE POSITIONCalifornia Burrito is a fast-growing food company that believes fast-food should be different. Our dream is to inspire a fast-food culture that offers wholesome, sustainable & great tasting food made from real ingredients. We are looking for an extremely talented storyteller who can tell our story and entertain our fans. You will report to the CEO and have great autonomy in your work and resources at your disposal.THE IDEAL CANDIDATE· Self-starter, ready to take on new challenges· A storyteller· A brand builder· 4+years of work experience· Prefer experience working with agencies (worked on multiple campaigns & involved in ideation, scripting and execution)· Strong at copy writing· Customer focused, comfortable talking with customersROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES:· Create phenomenal content to build the brand (ideate, produce, and direct)· Write briefs for creative partners· Develop an effective content approach across brand pillars· Ensure all brand touch-points are cohesive and in-line with brand strategy· Consumer research to derive insights and find levers to build the category to increase penetration for the brand· Plan and execute photoshoots/videoshoots· Manage creative team – design & contentSALARYWill depend on experience. Upto 35 LPA.
