Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced SCADA Developer with strong expertise in Ignition SCADA and industrial automation protocols. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable SCADA solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and cybersecurity best practices.Key Responsibilities- Application Development: Build scalable SCADA applications using Ignition Designer, Perspective, and Vision modules.- Gateway Configuration: Configure Ignition Gateway for security, redundancy, and performance optimization.- Data Management: Manage Tag Providers, Historian, Alarms, and Transaction Groups.- Integration: Connect with PLCs/RTUs via Modbus, OPC UA, MQTT, and DNP3 protocols.- Real-Time Acquisition: Implement real-time data acquisition and historian integration.- Custom Development: Develop custom logic using Python/Jython and extend functionality via Ignition SDK.- Platform Extensions: Integrate with external systems using SDK, REST/SOAP APIs, and custom modules.- Secure Architecture: Design SCADA architectures compliant with ISA95, ISA88, and IEC 62443 standards.- Cybersecurity & Documentation: Ensure cybersecurity compliance and deliver documentation and training.Qualifications- Education: Engineering degree in Instrumentation, Control, Electronics & Communication, or Computer Science.- Technical Expertise:- Hands-on experience with Ignition SCADA and industrial communication protocols.- Strong scripting skills in Python/Jython and experience with Ignition SDK.- Standards Knowledge: Familiarity with ISA95, ISA88, and IEC 62443.- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving ability and strong teamwork skills.Experience- 5yrs to 12yrs.Location-Pan IndiaNotice Period-Immediate Joiner to 60 Days.Mandatory skills-Ignition SCADA,MQTT,OPC
