Design Manager Overview:The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of design and creative output. Ensuring timely delivery of designs aligned with client expectations.Key Responsibilities:: Conceptualize interior fit-outs of commercial & residential spaces within defined timelines.Team Leadership: Lead a team of Interior Designers and 3D Visualizers to deliver drawings and designs according to client requirements.Client Engagement: Understand client needs, handle projects from start to end, coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.Material Selection: Choose materials finishes to be used/applied and obtain client approval.Scheduling: Create schedules for project elements like furniture, lighting, carpets, etc.Graphic Design: Coordinate with Graphic Designers for wallpaper designs and other graphic elements as per client feedback.Technical Drawings: Knowledge of working drawings and coordination at site for execution.Requirements:Experience: 4+ years designing corporate & residential spaces, knowledge of interior elements and building structure.Skills:Strong design sense.Familiarity with design codes in different states.Excellent time management and prioritization skills.Track record of delivering high-quality designs and leading teams on high-profile projects.Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.Process-oriented approach with ability to motivate team members.Decision-making and problem-solving skills.Comprehensive knowledge of materials, costing, and technical details.Understanding of client engagement and technical drawings.Multitasking ability.Preferred Skills:Leadership experience in interior design projects.Knowledge of design software and tools.Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software.Strong communication and presentation skills.
