Role: R&D Expert Location: Mumbai, India About the role:We are looking for an expert who can leverage their advanced degree in Biotech or BioChem and extensive knowledge of hair principles & AYURVEDA to become the leading authority on hair concerns. In this role, you will be the cornerstone of our efforts to develop and validate innovative Ayurvedic products and solutions. Your ability to bridge traditional Ayurvedic knowledge with modern scientific methodologies will be vital in conducting in-depth research and analysis, ensuring our offerings meet both efficacy standards and regulatory requirements. We seek someone ready to lead scientific validation initiatives, collaborating with research institutions to provide robust evidence of our products' effectiveness. As an expert, you will spearhead content ideation and execution, working with diverse teams to craft compelling narratives around Ayurvedic innovations. Strong communication and collaboration skills will enable you to engage with internal and external stakeholders, presenting vital insights and updates to senior leadership. Moreover, you will document your findings thoroughly, maintaining comprehensive records of projects and their outcomes. If you are a proven leader with the ability to manage multiple work streams independently, this is the opportunity for you to drive our mission to set new standards in Ayurvedic hair care.What you will be doing: Expertise in Hair concerns:Serve as the subject matter expert in Hair concerns, providing deep insights into its principles, practices, and applications.Conduct thorough research and analysis to support the development of Ayurvedic products and solutions.Ensure that all of our content (especially expert or science first) aligns with the relevant regulations and standards.Efficacy and Scientific Validation:Lead efforts to scientifically validate the efficacy of our products and solutions.Oversee studies that demonstrate the effectiveness and safety of Ayurvedic interventions and align it with content teamCollaborate with research institutions and experts to generate robust scientific evidence supporting Ayurveda.Innovation Management:Contribute to the ideation, planning, and execution of content projects centered around Ayurvedic innovation.Work with diverse teams, including research, creative, and content development, to transform ideas into engaging narratives.Stakeholder Engagement:Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including scientists, healthcare professionals, and regulatory bodies, to promote Ayurveda.Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.Documentation and Reporting:Prepare comprehensive reports, research papers, and documentation on Ayurvedic studies and innovation projects.Maintain detailed records of content progress, outcomes, and learnings.What you need to be great in this role: Advanced degree in Biotech or BioChem.Extensive knowledge of hair principles, practice, and treatments.Proven experience in managing projects related to hair products efficacy and innovation.Ability to bridge traditional Ayurvedic knowledge with modern scientific methodologies.Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and collaboration abilities.Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple work streams simultaneously.Passion for and inquisitive about AI and new technologiesUnderstanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial, but ability to learn and digest benefits and features of AI tools is criticalReq ID: 15017#LI-SP1 #LI-Onsite Our values shape everything we do: Be Ambitious to succeed Be Imaginative to push the boundaries of what's possible Be Inspirational to do groundbreaking work Be always learning and listening to understand Be Results-focused to exceed expectations Be actively pro-inclusive and anti-racist across our community, clients and creations OLIVER, a part of the Brandtech Group, is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive working environment where all employees are encouraged to reach their full potential, and individual differences are valued and respected.
