This is a hands-on role where you’ll get to learn how different parts of a fast-scaling startup come together.What We’re Looking For:Strong organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyProficiency in Google Sheets & Google DocsAttention to detail and ability to work independentlyQuick learner, adaptable in a dynamic startup environmentAt least a 6-month commitment, extendable upon mutual agreementYour Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:Managing daily operational activities to ensure smooth functioning across teamsAssisting the Founders and Chief of Staff with key operational initiativesUsing Google Sheets/Excel for data tracking, reporting, and analysisSupporting different teams in project execution, as and when requiredIdentifying process improvements and optimizing workflows to enhance efficiencyCompensation: ₹10,000–15,000 per month, based on relevant experienceWhat We Offer Beyond Stipend:Flexible working hoursOption to join remotely, hybrid, or in-office (JP Nagar, Bangalore)Office breakfast & snacks for those who choose in-officeDirect mentorship from founders and senior team membersA fast-paced, fun, and highly collaborative work environmentFlat hierarchy with lots of ownership and learning opportunitiesPlease note: This internship requires a minimum 6-month commitment, extendable upon mutual agreement.
