The Talent Acquisition Lead/Lead - Talent & People is a strategic hire for our organization.Job OverviewThis role oversees the establishment and operation of recruitment processes across multiple disciplines, ensuring a consistent pipeline of top talent. The successful candidate will collaborate with founders and hiring managers to define role scopes, success profiles, and interview plans.Full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, outreach, screening, scheduling, offers, and onboarding.Talent pipeline management: building and maintaining pipelines across engineering, research, product, growth, and creative roles.Implementation and management of applicant tracking systems (ATS), scorecards, and basic recruitment analytics.Employer branding activities: careers page development, candidate materials creation, social presence management, and event participation.Establishment and documentation of HR processes for new hires, in collaboration with finance and legal departments.Key Responsibilities:Sourcing and attracting top talent through diverse channels.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop job descriptions, requirements, and interview plans.Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate data and pipeline reports.Requirements:7-12+ years of talent acquisition experience in fast-growing tech or SaaS companies, including senior engineering and GTM roles.Operational experience as a primary or sole recruiter/TA lead for a business unit or startup.Data-driven approach to recruitment and process improvement.What We Offer:A dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and professional development.A competitive compensation package and benefits.A collaborative team culture with regular feedback and support.We're Looking For Someone Who:Has a proven track record of successfully managing full-cycle recruiting processes.Can build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including hiring managers and candidates.Is a strong communicator and can effectively present data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
