Job Title: Lead Consultant LLMOpsWe are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Lead Consultant for Large Language Model Operations (LLMOps). The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling our LLM operations infrastructure.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement scalable infrastructure for training, fine-tuning, deployment, and inference of LLMsEvaluate tools and frameworks to improve performance, reduce latency, and optimize costsEnsure full visibility into deployed models with monitoring and alerting via tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetryMentor team members, advocate for best practices, and influence stakeholders to adopt scalable LLMOps standardsRequirements:Strong expertise in LLM deployment, scaling, and monitoringProficiency in MLOps frameworks (Kubeflow, MLflow, Databricks deployment patterns)Hands-on experience with cloud-native architectures (Azure preferred)Solid knowledge of observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry)Deep understanding of model evaluation, drift detection, prompt management, and safety guardrailsProgramming proficiency in Python and Bash scriptingFamiliarity with vector databases and RAG pipelinesStrong leadership, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional alignment skillsKnowledge of LLM safety, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance
