We partner with tier-one enterprises to deliver large-scale digital programs with precision, speed, and quality.We are currently seeking a Quality Engineering Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Java-based automation, API testing, and Azure cloud integration to lead quality efforts across complex integration programs. This is a technical leadership role requiring someone who can design frameworks, guide teams, and leverage AI-assisted testing techniques to accelerate delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesLead quality engineering across API-first, cloud-based integration projects.Collaborate with developers, architects, and DevOps engineers to design and execute robust automated test suites.Rapidly familiarise yourself with existing codebases, frameworks, and patterns, and apply them to new initiatives.Use AI-driven test generation tools and prompt engineering to enhance test design efficiency.Provide hands-on leadership in testing microservices, message queues, and event-driven architectures.Ensure alignment with best practices for CI/CD, scalability, and reliability across all test phases.Required Skills & ExperienceCore Technical SkillsJava: Advanced proficiency in Java-based test automation.API Testing: Hands-on experience using RestAssured or equivalent frameworks.Cloud Integration (Azure): Experience with:Azure Blob StorageAzure Event Hubs / KafkaAzure App InsightsAzure Functions and related librariesMessaging & Queues: Kafka, Azure Service Bus, or similar.Microservices Testing: Strong understanding of distributed system testing.DevOps Awareness: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment models.Automation & ToolsJava-based automation frameworks.API contract testing experience.Performance testing exposure (nice to have).AI-Assisted TestingPrompt engineering for automated test case generation.Understanding of LLM-based test augmentation tools/workflows.Soft Skills & LeadershipAbility to lead and mentor a small QE team.Strong analytical/problem-solving skills; technology-agnostic mindset.Excellent English communication.Self-driven, proactive, able to work independently in distributed teams.Experience8+ years in Quality Engineering.3+ years in a senior/lead QE role.Proven experience delivering testing within large-scale enterprise integration environments.
