Our company is seeking a skilled Workforce Planning Specialist to join our team. As a Workforce Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing data to forecast manpower and resource requirements.Key responsibilities include:Balancing staffing levels with operational workload to ensure efficient use of resources;Collecting and analyzing operational data to inform workforce planning decisions;Coordinating with HR to recruit and train staff as needed;Optimizing work schedules to minimize fatigue risk and ensure compliance with labor laws;Maintaining accurate rosters to meet service level agreements with customers;Ensuring trained and qualified staff are scheduled to meet operational, safety, and quality standards;Monitoring resource utilization to control costs and remain within budgetary limits;Continuously reviewing and improving scheduling and workforce planning processes;To succeed in this role, you will need:Education: Bachelor of Engineering or related field;Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in operational roles.
