About This OpportunityWe're seeking a debt investment analyst to join our team, where you'll play a critical role in evaluating and structuring debt investments across private and public markets.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and underwrite new debt opportunities, leveraging your expertise to identify potential risks and rewards.Develop robust financial models to assess company performance, cash flows, leverage, and repayment capacity.Conduct thorough due diligence, including financial reviews, covenant analysis, and sector benchmarking.Prepare clear, data-driven investment memos for our investment committee.Monitor macroeconomic indicators and interest rate trends impacting portfolio performance.Track existing investments, providing updates on credit health, performance metrics, and risk exposure.Support deal documentation, legal coordination, and transaction closing processes.RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in investment banking, private credit, structured finance, or corporate lending.Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial modeling.Strong understanding of credit documentation, cash flow modeling, and debt structuring.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Self-motivated with strong analytical judgment and attention to detail.
