Job Title: Surgical SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled Surgical Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing wide range open laparoscopic surgical procedures.Responsibilities:Performing wide range of open and laparoscopic surgical procedures.Carrying out pre-operative evaluations and managing post-operative recovery.Participating in emergency surgeries and rotational on-call duties.Providing OPD and inpatient surgical consultations.Maintaining accurate medical and surgical documentation.Patient Care:Delivering Empathetic and Ethical Patient-Centred Surgical Care:Communicating clearly with patients and their family members regarding procedures and outcomes.Ensuring proper informed consent and safety protocols.Quality and Compliance:Adhering to NABH Protocols and SA 8000 Social Accountability Standards:Upholding sterile and infection-control practices.Participating in audits, quality assessments, and peer-review activities.Teaching and Collaboration:Mentoring and Supporting Junior Clinicians and Residents:Participating in CMEs and interdisciplinary clinical meetings.Required Qualifications:MBBS, MS General Surgery, or Equivalent Postgraduate Degree:Valid license to practice in India.Registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or National Medical Commission.3-5+ years of post-qualification surgical experience.Proven Competency in Laparoscopic Procedures:
