Position - National Head Stationery

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual for the role of National Head Stationery. Who shall drive the overall strategy, sales and marketing for the Stationery Segment.


Roles & Responsibilities:


Strategy Providing direction to achieve the desired long-term and short-term objectives


  • Develop and implement the GTM strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand market share for stationary division.
  • Analyse market trends, regulations, customer needs, and competitors.
  • Enter new markets and build customer base.
  • Build strategic relations with key clients, suppliers and partners ensuring high level customer delight.
  • Strengthen and grow the stationary category.
  • Meet the AOP (Annual operating plan) numbers wrt. revenue and profitability.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to Execute promotional campaigns, Increase brand awareness & Create new designs
  • Ensure ROI of sales schemes, loyalty programs and marketing spends.
  • Lead National sales team, set performance targets and monitor achievements.
  • Manage product assortment, inventory management, logistics and distribution along with supply chain.

Role Requirements

Qualifications

  • MBA in marketing from a tier 1 or 2 institute with good communication skills.
  • Min 15 years of post-qualification experience in channel sales with stationary companies with extensive experience of northern market.
  • Experience in outsourced sales is advantage


Skills and competencies

• Analytical skills for evaluating and optimizing Stationery related financial metrics.
