Key ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable and responsive web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).Develop and maintain high-performance web applications using the MERN stack.Build and integrate REST APIs for seamless frontend-backend communication.Implement intuitive and visually appealing UI/UX designs using React.js.Optimize application performance, scalability, and responsiveness.Collaborate closely with backend, DevOps, and design teams to deliver cohesive product features.Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code adhering to best practices.Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and sprint planning.Ensure smooth deployment and integration in cloud environments.Required Skills & ExperienceHands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) and modern development concepts.Experience in API development, integration, and testing.Good comprehension of UI/UX fundamentals and frontend design principles.Familiarity with Git for version control.Knowledge of REST APIs, Microservices, and WebSocket communication.Ability to debug issues efficiently and optimize code for performance.Preferred (Good to Have)Exposure to Cloud/DevOps environments.Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or containerized workflows.Experience working with authentication frameworks.
