DescriptionJob Description:As a QA Manager you will do the following:Develop, Execute and Manitain Software to Test the ProductUse Industry leading technical abilities to significantly improve the product qualityUnderstanding the flow of code and how it interacts with different componentsStrong manual testing experience to understand requirements and then articulate it into positive and negative test scenariosAssist the Quality Assurance (QA) Lead with evaluating software requirements and developing QA plans, QA test scripts, and acceptance criteria for various testing phases and/or Develop test case generation techniques including test plans and test cases using requirements and design documents while specifying testing overview, approach, strategy, scope, roles, and responsibilitiesAssist in the identification of QA tasks and the associated level of effort for project plans and proactively work with application QA, and development team right from inception through functional validation and final releasePrepare and execute acceptance testing of new or revised modules, and automated test scriptsHelp to ensure that high severity bugs are caught during the QA phase and provide the appropriate feedback to the development group on usability, functionality, and quality of user experienceWrite clear and concise defect reports and validate fixesAssist with issue triaging and root cause analysisAble to create/generate test data from DB as needed.Performing risk management, and gap and requirement analysis in Agile/Scrum environmentSr/LeadsDefine the automation strategy, automation cases as well as design tools for unit, functional, performance testing in a programmatic mannerBe an active participant in and propose improvements to existing processes and automated tools in order to improve team's speed, quality and efficiency.Skill Set Required:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field from an accredited college/university 11+ years of experience as an SDET, developer or strong automation enggProficient in OOP's concepts Hands on experience in core Java/ C# Hands on expertise in SQLKnowledge of industry standard test automation tools and experience developing product test harnessesExcellent communication, collaboration, reporting , analytical and problem solving skillsDebugging/troubleshooting experience on performance and stability toolsExperiencce in QA concepts and methodologyExperience with Continuous IntegrationBasic knowledge/understanding of Web performance testingAbility to work both independently and as part of a team to meet set deadlines.Familiar with application lifecycle management processes for QA projects utilizing TFS or Azure DevOpsGood to have:Experience with testing apps in Sharepoint & .NET frameworkPower Shell scripting knowledge is a plusHands on experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud services is a plus#KGS#LI-SM2
