S/he must have been a part of at least 3 end-to-end HCM Cloud ImplementationsThe candidate must have good working experience on Learning moduleIn-depth understanding of HCM Cloud Learning Module its data flowThe candidate should have been in client facing roles and interacted with customers in requirement gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing and go-liveShould be able to provide consulting on best-practices guidance on business processes and implementationDesign, and build/configuration of complex requirements for Oracle LearningUnderstand the business requirements for Learning module and interpret them to appropriate configurations on Oracle CloudUnderstand the interaction of Learning with Core HR moduleConduct design workshops and create workbooks and documentation to support the system design.Experience of migrating data from varied legacy systems for Learning module.Good understanding of Integrations, HDL, HCM extracts, data conversion for Learning moduleWork with technical streams and provide guidance on integrations, conversions and reports.Assist in the identification, assessment and resolution of complex functional issues/problems.Should have strong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, team player, problem solving, influencing and negotiating skillsGood leadership capability with strong planning and follow up skills, mentorship, work allocation, monitoring and status updates to Project ManagerCandidate should have the ability to perform in a dynamically changing project environment
