Financial Transformation SpecialistA highly experienced professional is required to lead the SAP FICO Financial Transformation for a major corporation.Key Responsibilities:Analyze existing financial reports and implement new reporting structures in S/4HANA.Identify and map AR/AP/GL attributes for data extraction into Global Data Lake (GDL).Develop high-quality functional specifications, FRDs/BRDs, and process documentation.Perform gap analysis and define To-Be processes.Support unit testing, integration testing, and financial data validation.Validate general ledger postings, sub-ledgers, period-end processes, and tax logic.Ensure compliance with global financial reporting standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams for accurate reporting outputs.Required Skills:8+ years of experience in SAP FICO with strong expertise in AR/AP/GL.Mandatory: Hands-on experience with ECC and S/4HANA.Strong skills in functional documentation and data mapping.Deep understanding of SAP FI tables.Brownfield migration experience preferred.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
