Job Opportunity: Programmatic Data AnalystThe key role of the Programmatic Data Analyst is to oversee the technical and operational performance of our programmatic stack. This involves managing SSP/DSP connections, resolving issues, and optimizing delivery and revenue.Key responsibilities include managing and optimizing SSPs, DSPs, OpenRTB, Prebid, and Server-to-Server integrations.Configure endpoints, macros, and bidstreams; monitor fill rate, latency, and discrepancies.Identify and resolve Invalid Traffic (IVT) using HUMAN, Protected Media, Pixalate, IAS, and MOAT.Build dashboards in Looker, Data Studio, or Excel/Sheets to track eCPM, fill rate, and delivery trends.Collaborate with demand and supply partners for QA, format validation, and compliance (ads.txt, sellers.json, VAST/VMAP).Document technical setups and coordinate with Product, Sales, and Engineering teams.Key Skills and Qualifications:Proven analytical skills with ability to build dashboards and automated reports in Looker, Data Studio, or Excel/Sheets.Ability to analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities.Experience in developing and presenting data-driven insights for improving yield, delivery, and eCPM performance.Strong understanding of demand behavior, performance trends, and inventory value.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.What We Offer:This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and motivated individual to join our team and contribute to driving business growth through data analysis and optimization.We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, opportunities for professional development, and competitive compensation packages.We are committed to fostering a culture of innovation, creativity, and collaboration.
