Quality Assurance ExpertBellatrix Aerospace is a next-generation space technology company. We are building advanced propulsion systems and satellite platforms to redefine access to space.The Quality Assurance Manager will lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality management system documentation, including SOPs, procedures, work instructions, and quality plans. They will also establish quality objectives, KPIs, and performance monitoring mechanisms aligned with organizational goals.The incumbent will ensure product compliance with customer, regulatory, and industry standards such as AS9102, AS9145, AWS, ASTM, MIL-STD, IPC standards and related aerospace standards.Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and maintain quality management system documentationLead Management Representative (MR) activities for AS9100D implementation and auditsEstablish quality objectives, KPIs, and performance monitoring mechanismsEnsure product compliance with customer, regulatory, and industry standardsLead inspections for launch vehicle/spacecraft parts, assemblies, and sub-assembliesDevelop and execute detailed inspection programsMaintain metrology systems, calibration, Gauge R & M for all M & M instrumentsConduct FMEA for design and manufacturing processesImplement MSA program across projects by applicable Statistical Process ControlsMember of Vendor Approval Committee, conducting vendor selection and quality auditsManage supplier QA from material qualification, parts / assembly FAI and PPAPContinuous monitoring of vendor key quality performance indicators with MSACoordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams for project follow-ups, timelines, and compliance
