Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Chief Technical Innovator, you will drive the company's technical strategy and vision. Your primary goal is to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge solutions that meet the business needs.The role involves leading technology adoption, mentoring junior engineers, conducting workshops and training sessions, and reviewing code for quality and adherence to standards.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals and identify opportunities for innovation.Define and communicate the technical vision and strategy for projectsLead the adoption and integration of new technologies and best practicesProvide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineersConduct technical workshops and training sessions to upskill the teamDevelop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestonesRequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should have:12+ years' experience with Microsoft technologies: C# (.NET Core, .NET Framework), TypeScript & NestJS, Node.js6+ years' experience with microservices, event-driven architecture using Apache Kafka or any other event processing service8+ years' experience with modern UI frameworks: React.js, Angular5+ years' experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred): EC2, S3, Lambda, EFS, ECS, EKS, API Gateway, SQS, IAM, VPCAt least 4+ years' experience in designing and architecting systems and exposure to different patterns and solutionsAt least 4+ years' experience with CI/CD tools: Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, YAML, PowerShell1+ years of hands-on experience with GenAI technologies including LLM fine-tuning, RAG architecture implementation, and prompt engineeringUnderstanding of testing strategies: Unit Testing, Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), Test-Driven Development (TDD)Relational (MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (DynamoDB, DocumentDB, OpenSearch/ElasticSearch) databasesExperience with Docker, KubernetesFamiliarity Exposure to observability tools: Splunk, ELK Stack, DataDogExperience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical directionBenefitsIn this role, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and contribute to the company's growth and success.
