CTO Co-Founder Job DescriptionBlitz is seeking a CTO Co-founder to lead the technology and intellectual property (IP) layer across our emerging product portfolio. This role involves architecting systems that are technically sound, patent-ready, and commercially deployable.Responsibilities:End-to-end architecture, engineering, and technical due diligence for all patent-backed productsSupervision of prototype builds (internal or partner teams) across AI, data, and cloud stacksCreation of shared tech frameworks, documentation, and DevOps hygiene across the portfolioLiaison with patent attorneys for technical drafting and claims clarityContribution to Blitz's thought leadership and investor communication on tech differentiation; representation in investor and client discussionsThe ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of excellence in their work area, complete fluency with machine learning, deep learning, gen AI, and agentic AI, as well as 10-15 years of experience in data, AI, product, or software engineering.Benefits:Equity-linked (up to 2% vesting over milestones)Option to transition to a full-time CXO role post-funding or product scaleFlexible, remote work arrangement with approximately 10 hours per week commitmentNo fixed remuneration, but rather an opportunity to co-build and co-own a patent portfolio that converts real-world problems into defensible AI productsThis is a rare opportunity to join a lean, credible, no-hype environment with world-class mentorship and influence both engineering depth and practical utilization by enterprises and businesses.
