Job Title: NAV & Business Central Functional Consultant (Manufacturing Industries)
Location: Gurgaon, Haryana (Preference for Local Candidates)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced NAV & Business Central Functional Consultant with a strong background in end-to-end ERP implementations in manufacturing industries. The ideal candidate should be based in or near Gurgaon, with the ability and willingness to travel for on-site work. This role involves solution design, master data upload, transaction data management, opening balance setup, and comprehensive post-go-live support.
Key Responsibilities:
1. End-to-End Implementation:
Lead and execute full lifecycle implementations of Dynamics NAV or Business Central for manufacturing clients.
Analyze business processes and design solutions tailored to the specific needs of the manufacturing industry.
Provide functional expertise during project scoping, requirements gathering, and business process analysis.
2. Solution Design:
Collaborate with clients to gather detailed requirements and translate them into efficient ERP solutions.
Develop a comprehensive blueprint for manufacturing processes, including production, planning, BOM, inventory, Finance and supply chain management.
3. Master Data Management:
Guide clients in preparing, cleaning, and uploading master data (e.g., customer, vendor, item, BOM, routing, and production resources) into the system.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency through validation and testing.
4. Transaction Data & Opening Balance:
Assist with transaction data upload and ensure accurate opening balances (e.g., inventory, receivables, payables, and financial accounts) in the system.
Reconcile balances to ensure smooth go-live without disruptions.
5. Training & User Support:
Provide end-user training sessions and documentation for effective system usage post-go-live.
Offer ongoing support to key users and resolve functional issues or concerns post-go-live.
6. Post-Go-Live Support:
Provide continuous support after go-live to ensure smooth functioning of the system.
Assist with performance improvements, troubleshooting, and enhancements based on feedback.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Experience:
5+ years of experience in NAV or D365 Business Central implementations.
Demonstrated experience working in manufacturing industries with detailed knowledge of production, planning, BOM, routing, and inventory management.
Proven ability to handle all stages of implementation: from solution design to post-go-live support.
Skills:
Expertise in Business Central/NAV functionality related to manufacturing, including production and supply chain modules.
Strong hands-on experience in data migration (master data, transaction data, opening balances).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a strong customer-centric focus.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central are preferred.
Location: Preferably based in or near Gurgaon for easy access to local clients and travel flexibility.
Travel: Willingness to travel to client sites within India for project implementation and support.
