Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Scientist to join our team in the digital advertising & marketing technology division. As a key member of this team, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing machine learning models and optimization algorithms that drive ad delivery efficiency and maximize campaign outcomes.This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies for high-traffic, low-latency systems and big data processing. You will be responsible for end-to-end ownership from hypothesis formulation and feature engineering to deployment and continuous improvement in production environments.The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in statistics, probability, and experimental design (A/B testing, causal inference). They should also have hands-on experience with large-scale data processing (Spark, BigQuery) and reproducible analytics workflows.In addition, they should have knowledge of digital advertising concepts (CTR/CVR prediction, bidding strategies, KPI optimization) or similar optimization domains. Practical experience in production ML systems, including monitoring and drift detection, is also essential.Required Skills and Qualifications3+ years of experience in data analysis and machine learning using Python and SQL.Proficiency with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, and visualization tools.Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related field.BenefitsThis role offers a competitive salary package and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
