We’re Hiring: Brand Solutions Manager at Barcode Entertainment


At Barcode Entertainment, we’re passionate about creating powerful influencer marketing campaigns that drive impact for brands. We’re looking for a Brand Solutions Manager who can transform client briefs into breakthrough campaigns while driving revenue growth.


What you’ll do

  • Prospect and engage with direct brands by converting their briefs into campaign opportunities.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of brand briefs and close them into signed deals.
  • Own and deliver on monthly revenue targets through successful conversions.
  • Design innovative, data-backed influencer marketing solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Pitch strategies to clients and lead commercial negotiations.
  • Collaborate with business development, creative, and operations teams for seamless campaign delivery.
  • Ensure client satisfaction with both the strategic solution and execution.


What we’re looking for

  • Strong experience in brand solutions, client servicing, or business development.
  • Ability to translate client needs into impactful marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Prior exposure to influencer marketing, digital media, or advertising is a plus.
