The ideal candidate will assist in user access governance, email threat monitoring, endpoint privilege controls, and basic incident handling.Email Security (Proofpoint)Monitor and triage email security alerts.Review quarantined messages and assist users with release/false-positive requests.Support configuration updates such as policies, URL defense, and impersonation protection.Identity Access Management (Saviynt IAM/IGA)Support user lifecycle management.Review access requests and help enforce access approval workflows.Assist in periodic access certifications and role-based access reviews.Endpoint Privilege Management (CyberArk EPM)Monitor endpoint privilege escalations and policy enforcement across endpoints.Support the onboarding of new endpoints into EPM policies.General Security OperationsContribute to incident response by collecting logs, evidence, and performing first-level analysis.Key Responsibilities:Assist in user access governance and ensure appropriate access levels are assigned to employees.Monitor email security alerts and review quarantined messages to prevent potential threats.Support configuration updates for email security systems and assist users with false-positive requests.Participate in identity access management and ensure accurate access approvals are enforced.Monitor endpoint privilege escalations and support the onboarding of new endpoints into EPM policies.Contribute to incident response efforts by collecting logs, evidence, and performing initial analysis.
