Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic EntryLevel Recruiter to join our recruitment team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals new to the recruitment field who are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing: Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards social media and other platforms under the guidance of senior recruiters.

Candidate Screening: Conduct initial resume reviews and assist in screening candidates to determine their qualifications for various roles.

Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly.

Job Posting: Help create and post job advertisements on various platforms to attract potential candidates.

Candidate Communication: Serve as a point of contact for candidates providing updates and answering basic inquiries throughout the recruitment process.

Database Management: Assist in maintaining and updating candidate databases with accurate information.

Onboarding Support: Support the onboarding process by helping with documentation and coordination of new hire orientation.

Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to support ongoing recruitment initiatives and projects.

Training and Development: Participate in training sessions to develop recruitment skills and gain industry knowledge.

Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the recruitment team including preparing reports and maintaining records.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Eagerness to learn and grow in the recruitment field.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
