Game Design InternshipWe are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a game design intern. As a game designer, you will play a crucial role in the creation of exciting games and contribute to the growth of our gaming team.The internship will last 3 months during which time you will work on real game projects from start to release. You will gain valuable experience and skills working closely with experienced game designers, programmers, artists, and level designers.Main Responsibilities:Designing hyper-casual game concepts, mechanics, and progression systemsCreating Game Design Documents (GDD), flowcharts, user journeys & feature listsWorking with programmers, artists, and level designers to ensure design executionAnalyzing market trends and deconstructing hit titlesBalancing difficulty, in-game economy, pacing, and user retentionSkills and Qualifications:A strong understanding of 2D/3D games (Hyper-Casual preferred)Ability to work independently as well as part of a teamBasic knowledge of Unity and C# programming languageAbout the Role:This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and passionate individual to learn and grow within our company.
