Lead Statistician

Job Title: Sr. Clinical Programming LeadJob Description:This is a challenging and dynamic role that requires the ability to lead multiple clinical programming projects.The Senior Clinical Programming Lead will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to develop high-quality, compliant, and on-time deliverables in support of regulatory submissions.The successful candidate will have extensive experience with CDISC standards, regulatory guidelines, and statistical programming principles.A strong understanding of oncology therapeutic area is preferred but not necessary.Familiarity with global regulatory authorities and their submission requirements would be an asset.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Life Science, or related field7-8+ years of clinical programming experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, CRO, or healthcare industryExcellent SAS programming skills with working knowledge of R, Python, and other programming languagesStrong analytical skills and attention to detail are essentialFamiliarity with PTL (Programming Template Library) experience is a plusCertification in SAS programming is desired but not mandatoryBenefits:Competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunity to work on high-profile projectsProfessional growth and development opportunitiesCollaborative and dynamic work environmentOthers:The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a passion for innovation and quality delivery.
