Job DescriptionConfigure and Maintain Payroll SetupThis role involves configuring and maintaining payroll setup for third-party systems, ensuring seamless data exchange and accurate payroll processing.The successful candidate will have expertise in Workday payroll configuration, including pay group, schedule, pay code, and wage type mapping.Configure and maintain Workday payroll setup for third-party systems.Develop and manage Workday integrations for payroll data exchange.Built and optimized advanced Workday reports for payroll-related items and compliance needs.Collaborate with functional teams to design and execute test cases for payroll-related data during SIT and UAT phases.Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data accuracy and timely payroll processing.Work independently on assigned technical tasks, delivering high-quality solutions within deadlines.Required Skills and QualificationsTechnical Expertise:Strong knowledge of Workday payroll configuration for third-party payroll systems.Hands-on experience with Workday integration tools: PECI, PICOF, CCW, and Studio.Proficiency in Workday reporting (Advanced, Matrix, Composite reports).Understanding of payroll processes and compliance requirements.Ability to create and execute functional test cases for payroll data validation.
