Job Title: HR ManagerJob Description:This role involves overseeing the full spectrum of human resources activities for multiple locations in India. The incumbent will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, ensuring timely hiring of qualified candidates and developing workforce plans.Partner with business leaders to provide HR guidance and solutions to drive performance and growth.Lead, coach, and develop the local HR team to ensure high performance and capability.Required Skills and Qualifications:The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in human resources or business administration, with 8-10 years of HR experience and at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices is essential.Prior experience in the maritime industry (Liner Shipping) is preferred.Experience in a multinational or multi-location environment is desirable.Benefits:The successful candidate can expect a competitive compensation package, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth and development.Others:The incumbent will be based in Chennai but will require periodic traveling to other branch offices.
