Business Intelligence AnalystThe Role: We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team in creating risk reporting for business and risk teams.This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your analytical skills to develop foundational understanding of data infrastructure and analytical tools, conduct risk analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:Develop a deep understanding of Wex products and portfolios, including their characteristics and applications.Partner with the analytical community to ensure data availability meets use cases and reporting requirements.Collaborate with commercial engagement teams, LOBs, and risk functions to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and key risk indicators (KRIs).Apply SQL and Python skills to query existing data, run analysis on Wex data and models, and develop actionable insights.Design and deliver dashboard and packaged reporting to stakeholders.Monitor KPI/KRI universe and set standards for reporting.Pair reporting with business activities to provide context and drive actionable outcomes.Support senior analysts in meeting constant reporting requirements for regulators and internal stakeholders.Prepare strategic recommendations and action plans for management in collaboration with LOB and risk stakeholders.Explore automation opportunities using Tableau and other tools.
