Job Summary:-

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior / Assistant Architect to join our dynamic team in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural principles, regulations such as UDCPR, DCPR, and other local building byelaws, and be willing to travel as needed for site visits and project coordination.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of architectural designs and plans in accordance with our requirements and project scope.
  • Work closely with senior architects to create and revise drawings, models, and specifications.
  • Conduct site visits, inspections, and surveys to ensure the accuracy of designs and compliance with local building regulations.
  • Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant building codes, regulations (UDCPR, DCPR), and zoning laws applicable to the region.
  • Prepare detailed architectural drawings using CAD software and other design tools.
  • Assist in preparing design presentations, material specifications, and project reports.


Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in architectural design and planning


Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other architectural design software.
  • Strong knowledge of UDCPR (Unified Development Control and Promotion Regulations), DCPR (Development Control and Promotion Regulations), and other relevant local byelaws.
  • Familiarity with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.


Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
