Job Opportunity: Oracle HFM SpecialistOur organization seeks a skilled Oracle HFM consultant with expertise in designing, developing, and supporting financial management applications. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of technical configuration and functional financial processes.The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring Oracle HFM applications, including metadata, rules, data forms, and reports. They will also develop and maintain HFM integration with source systems (FDMEE, ODI, etc.) and perform data load automation, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.Key responsibilities include collaborating with finance teams to understand consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and financial close processes. The individual will implement and support HFM workflows, consolidation rules, and reporting hierarchies, as well as develop custom scripts, rules files, and calculation logic to support business needs.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.2-5 years of experience in Oracle HFM implementation and support.Strong understanding of financial consolidation, close, and reporting cycles.Hands-on experience with metadata management, data loads, Smart View, and HFM rules development.Experience with FDMEE, ODI, or other ETL/integration tools.Knowledge of Oracle EPM Suite (Planning, FCCS, DRM, ARM, etc.) is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and documentation skills.Benefits:Opportunity to work on diverse and challenging Oracle EPM projects.Chance to expand into functional and cloud EPM roles.Collaborative team environment with learning and growth opportunities.
