It should capture only the key responsibilities of the role.SECTION IV: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE ROLEResponsibilitiesPolicies, Processes and ProceduresConduct day to day activities & follow all relevant policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent mannerKeep self abreast with leading practices & trends and contribute to the identification of continuous improvement of systems, processes and proceduresProject ExecutionLead project execution by organizing and controlling project elements based on a thorough review of performance standards, requirements, and product designReview engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate actionsCoordinate with cross functional teams such as Operations, Maintenance, Procurement, JEC/Engineering etc. for project related activities to ensure smooth implementationMonitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specificationsEnsure timely completion of projects and reports within approved budget, closure of transaction & quality in project executionCooperate and communicate with project managers and other project participants to drive efficient project methods and to maintain the project's profitabilityPrepare and maintain all IMS documents as per requirement and archive it as per documentation standardsAdhere to all statutory and regulatory compliances and maintain strict adherence to DEPsSECTION V: SUCCESS METRICSAdherence to project timelinesDocumentation accuracy & completenessBudget adherence% of successful projectsKey Interactions:Internal: Production, Quality, Audit, Supply ChainExternal: Vendors, ConsultantsSECTION VI: OPERATING NETWORKMinimum qualification, technical competencies and capabilities which are essential to execute the role.
