About the RoleWe’re looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Script Writer who can bring ideasto life across short and long-form video content. The ideal candidate has strong storytellingskills and understands social media trends. They should be able to write compelling scriptsand produce Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and long-format YouTube videos. You’ll alsocollaborate with the production team to plan, manage, and execute shoots.Key Responsibilities● Write engaging, platform-specific scripts for Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, and othersocial platforms.● Collaborate with editors to produce effective video stories.● Be actively involved in shoots — working closely with the production team to ensurethe creative vision and script are executed effectively.● Stay updated with social media trends, audience insights, and competitor content.Requirements● 3–5 years of experience in social media script writing and video production.● Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and structure for both short and long-formcontent.● Experience working with creators and editors● Excellent command of Hindi and English● Ability to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences and platforms.● Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.Preferred Qualifications● Familiarity with beauty, skincare, or lifestyle content● Experience analyzing video performance metrics to improve content strategy.
