Director of Data Solutions StrategyWe are seeking an accomplished Director of Data Solutions Strategy to drive regional standards for semantic models, unified data definitions, and Power BI solutions. As a key member of our team, you will guide the deployment of GenAI capabilities and ensure consistent data governance across multiple markets.A minimum of 7 years' experience in data solutions, analytics, BI, or data product roles, including recent people management.Demonstrable experience within General Insurance data domains.Expert-level proficiency in Power BI (Premium, XMLA, ALM, optimization, governance).Experience with Snowflake and/or AWS Redshift, plus ETL/ELT tooling such as Informatica.Strong background in semantic model design and unified enterprise data models.Hands-on experience delivering GenAI applications (RAG, embeddings, LLM prototyping), with understanding of responsible AI.Experience implementing enterprise data catalog and lineage platforms.Strong understanding of data governance, metadata, lineage, and data quality across multiple markets.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with proven success engaging senior executives internationally.Key ResponsibilitiesData GovernanceYou will be responsible for establishing and maintaining regional standards for semantic models, unified data definitions, and Power BI solutions.
