As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing business needs, conducting stakeholder workshops and interviews, documenting functional and non-functional requirements, facilitating communication between technical teams and business users, designing business workflows and processes, assisting in solution design, supporting data analysis and reporting, performing user acceptance testing, supporting change management and user training, monitoring project progress, ensuring compliance with data governance and standards, evaluating and recommending business tools and technologies, and conducting market research.Key Responsibilities:Collect and Analyze Business NeedsConduct Stakeholder Workshops and InterviewsDocument Functional and Non-Functional RequirementsFacilitate Communication Between Technical Teams and Business UsersDesign Business Workflows and ProcessesAssist in Solution DesignSupport Data Analysis and ReportingPerform User Acceptance TestingSupport Change Management and User TrainingMonitor Project Progress and Ensure ComplianceEvaluate and Recommend Business Tools and TechnologiesConduct Market ResearchRequirements:5-8 years of experience in Business Analysis or a related fieldMaster's degree in Business Administration or a related fieldAdditional certifications or qualifications are an added advantageStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasksPreferred Qualifications:Experience working with business software and toolsKnowledge of business workflows and processesUnderstanding of data governance and complianceAbility to evaluate and recommend business tools and technologies
