This role involves serving as a local ambassador for the organization, connecting with school authorities and supporting the launch of our hands-on STEM programs.Main Responsibilities:Establish relationships with schools to introduce our Robotics and STEM learning initiatives.Organize workshops and interactive sessions for students, teachers, and parents to promote engagement and interest in STEM subjects.Facilitate the setup of Robotics labs and classes within partner schools to provide students with access to cutting-edge technology and resources.Maintain open lines of communication between our organization and school management to ensure smooth collaboration and problem-solving.Track student engagement and progress, providing feedback and insights to inform program development and improvement.Participate in training sessions and maintain high standards in representing the organization's brand and values.Monitor and report schedules, participation, and impact data to help us evaluate the effectiveness of our programs.Requirements:A bachelor's degree in Education or a related field, such as Computer Science or Engineering.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with educators, administrators, and other stakeholders.A genuine passion for STEM education and a commitment to making it accessible and engaging for all students.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.The self-motivation and independence to work effectively with minimal supervision, as well as the ability to collaborate and contribute to a team effort.Languages proficiency relevant to the city/schools assigned.
