We are seeking an experienced software engineer to join our team as a POS Services Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing technical solutions that meet the needs of our global business.About UsAt ANSR, we operate A&F Co. Bengaluru, a hub of digital transformation delivering services exclusively to our client. A&F Co. is a global, digitally led omnichannel specialty retailer of apparel and accessories catering to kids through millennials with assortments curated for their specific lifestyle needs.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with functional business leads and technology partners to provide a high level of customer service.Actively participate in all Agile ceremonies as part of the Scrum Team.Work with project team to define and break down requirements.Work with team members, management, and product owner to ensure projects are completed to standard.Implement rapid updates to fulfill changing business and marketing requirements.Creating technical documentation – designing architecture, flow diagrams, documenting technical implementation approaches and pseudocode.Create and maintain macro tech designs.Identify risks and form contingency plans as soon as possible.Deliver across the entire software life cycle – concept, design, build, deploy, test, release to production, and support.Collaborate with other development teams on architectural vision and roadmap.Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.RequirementsMUST HAVE SKILLS:3-6 years of Java/J2EE development experience.Experience in application development utilizing Java, Spring, SQL, Log4j, Web Services (SOAP/XML/REST/JSON), and Oracle/H2 databases.Experience with Spring Boot, Test Driven Development, and CI/CD.Cross team collaboration is required.DESIRED SKILLS:Experience with Kafka integrations.Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Azure.Experience with Reactive programming.Experience with Oracle POS (point of sale).Experience with Android SDK.
