Job Title: Full Stack Architect (React & Node)Required Skills: ReactJS, NodeJs, Microservice Architecture, AIExperience Range: 10+ Years of ExperienceKey ResponsibilitiesArchitect and design end-to-end solutions using React.js for frontend and Node.js for backend services.Define and enforce coding standards, architectural guidelines, and best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and DevOps engineers.Lead code reviews, mentor developers, and ensure high-quality code delivery.Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.Evaluate and integrate AI-powered tools to enhance development workflows and product capabilities (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, RoohCode, Vertex AI, Cursor).Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in web development and AI.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.10+ years of experience in software development with at least 3 years in an architectural role.Expertise in React.js, Redux, TypeScript, Node.js, Express.js, and RESTful APIs.Strong understanding of microservices architecture, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Experience with CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, and performance tuning.Familiarity with database technologies such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.Good to Have (AI/ML Exposure)Experience using or integrating AI-assisted development tools like:GitHub Copilot, Claude, RoohCode, Cursor, Google Vertex AIUnderstanding of how to integrate AI APIs or services into web applications.Exposure to AI/ML model deployment, prompt engineering, or LLM-based features is a plus.Preferred QualificationsExperience in building SaaS platforms or enterprise-grade applications.Familiarity with GraphQL, WebSockets, or serverless architecture.Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.Please share your resume at Akhila.kadudhuri@programmers.ai with current CTC, expected CTC, and notice period
