Job DescriptionThe Data Analyst plays a pivotal role in facilitating seamless client business operations and ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables.Responsibilities include understanding and communicating client business issues, operating business rules, data, and standard operating procedures, as well as executing and suggesting improvements to pre-defined operational processes.To excel in this position, you will work closely with the Senior Data Analyst & Operations Delivery Lead to deliver operational items, including implementing process improvements in operational processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and staying up-to-date on new tools, techniques, and working models.Understanding and communicating client business issuesExecuting and suggesting improvements to pre-defined operational processesImplementing process improvements in operational processes and identifying opportunities for improvementStaying up-to-date on new tools, techniques, and working models to improve/enhance processes and designAdditionally, you will be responsible for developing a strong understanding of operational processes, data, tools, and technology to effectively translate business to technology and vice versa.Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science, electronics/communication, electrical engineering, or related fields1-2 years of experience using data mining languages/tools like SQL (for analysts)Exposure to stored procedures is a plusDetail orientation, quality consciousness, and an operational mindset are key qualities expectedBenefitsThis role offers opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as the chance to work collaboratively with internal teams to provide value to the organization.OthersExperience having worked with people in different time zones is advantageous, as is experience leading the delivery of analytic results to clients (internal or external).
