As a Telesales Professional, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales lifecycle.Your primary focus will be on engaging with international leads (US/Canada/UK) and providing consultative recommendations to working professionals.You will counsel clients via calls, WhatsApp, and email to help them choose the right IT courses that align with their career goals.Your strong communication skills will enable you to build trust with prospects and drive high-quality conversations.Achieving and exceeding monthly conversion and revenue targets is crucial to your success in this role.You will maintain accurate MIS reports, CRM entries, and lead tracking sheets, as well as coordinate with marketing, product, and operations teams for seamless enrollment.Key Requirements:0.6–3 years of experience in international voice process/B2C sales/EdTech sales.Excellent English communication skills (neutral or US accent preferred).Ability to work in night shifts and handle global customers.Strong persuasion, objection handling, and closing skills.Maintain discipline in high-volume calling and follow-ups.Experience with CRMs or lead management tools is an advantage.Target-driven mindset with a desire to earn incentives.
