Account Manager – US IT Recruitment & StaffingLocation : Noida (Onsite)Experience : 5+ years in Account Management About the Role: We're looking for a US Account Manager who hold at least 3 years of Account Management experience with SI client in US IT Staffing. As a key player in our team, you'll manage strategic client relationships, lead high-performing teams, and exceed client expectations. Key Responsibilities:Responsible for Account Management and handling IT requirements from SI clients, leading full recruitment cycle interview, offer, negotiation and closing candidates for assigned requisitions.Responsible for Strategy development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submitting into interview and placement. Must be having capability to work with a team or individually.Responsible for ensuring that recruiting and hiring practices are compliant with organizational policies, and other regulatory requirements.Responsible for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to improve results.Responsible for managing client expectations and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.Required skills:5+ years of experience in Account management within US staffing industry. Must have recent experience in handling System Intergator clients. High-level understanding of staffing solutions and client needs within a VMS/MSP environment.Updated about technologies of the client requirements and knowledge of current IT trends.Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.Ability to work independently and lead a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Technical Educational background is highly preferred
