Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to support brand, product and sales objectives
  • Understanding of the distribution channel and aligning the marketing approach, objective and calendar with the same
  • Perform competition benchmarking to identify opportunities for growth and improvement through material available offline, trainings, sales pitches, new creatives or any new events taking place in the market
  • Handle new product launches, their UI/UX, communications, marketing collaterals, trainings etc.
  • Develop insights through market research as and when needed
  • Plan and execute agent campaigns, events, and promotions to boost product visibility and engagement
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed
  • Work with internal teams (e.g., product development, sales, and finance) to ensure alignment of marketing activities with overall business goals
  • Since this role involves co-ordination with all stakeholders, this is a completely in-office role


Key skills required


  • Proven experience in trade marketing or a similar role
  • Project Management experience is a plus
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies - particularly in the context of Insurance
  • Competition knowledge
  • Self-starter
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of market research and data analysis


Education Background

Masters degree in Marketing
