Job Title: Talent Acquisition ManagerThe Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for the strategic planning, execution and evaluation of all aspects of recruitment and onboarding. This includes developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent, creating job postings, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers for final selection.Onboarding Process:Document Collection: Facilitate the collection of necessary documents from new hires, including contracts, payroll information, and attendance records.Induction Programs: Coordinate induction programs to ensure new hires are seamlessly integrated into the organization.System Setup: Set up necessary systems for new hires, including access to company resources and software.Employee Engagement and Development:Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement activities and regular feedback mechanisms. Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs to support career progression.HR Operations and Compliance:Employee Records: Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, payroll inputs, and attendance.Labor Laws and Policies: Ensure compliance with labor laws, organizational policies, and regulatory standards.Exit Management: Manage the exit process, including resignation handling, exit interviews, and clearance procedures.Performance Management:Goal Setting: Oversee the performance appraisal process, including goal setting, mid-year, and annual reviews.Performance Improvement Plans: Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement plans.Required Skills and Qualifications:Talent Acquisition Expertise: Proven expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment.Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with employees, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.Knowledge of Labor Laws and HR Policies: Knowledge of labor laws and HR policies to ensure compliance.HRIS Systems and MS Office Tools: Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office tools to streamline recruitment processes.Benefits:Opportunity to Work in a Dynamic Environment: Opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a talented team.Professional Development: Opportunities for professional development and growth.Others:Collaborative Team Environment: Collaborative team environment that encourages open communication and teamwork.
